CARTRIDGES
1) Are your cartridges reusable?

All of our cartridges are intended to be single-use only.
SC6 is a screw on tip, it is possible to be reused up to 3 times (based on customer testimonials)
SC7 is a single use push-in tip, and can’t be taken apart once it has been capped
2) Are your cartridges compatible with other battery sources?
Our cartridges are manufactured with a 510 threaded connection, making them compatible with appropriate battery sources
3) Do your cartridges come pre-filled with CBD oil?
No, we only sell empty cartridges compatible with CBD oil and E-juice.
4) Do your cartridges produce a burnt taste or leaking problems?
No, our cartridges exhibits minimal to zero burnt taste or leaking problems.
5) A certain product that I want is out of stock, when will you get more?
You can sign up for our email subscription, and you will receive an email when the products come back in stock. The other option will be to make an email, direct call, or utilize our chat function to receive up-to-date information.

BATTERIES
1) Do your batteries have different voltages?

We currently offer 3 different products in our line of batteries,
BT350V (3 Variable Voltage) 3.2V (Red), 3.6V (Blue), 4.0V (White)
BT350 (1 Fixed Voltage) 3.7V (BLUE)
BT280 (1 Fixed Voltage,Buttonless) 3.7v
2) How will I know when the battery is fully charged?

When the indicator light turns white, this indicates that your battery is fully charged and ready to be used.

3) What type of voltage should I use for my oils?
The potency and taste of your oils can be affected by the voltage used, so we recommend experimenting with the voltages to find your desired taste.
4) How do I switch between the variable voltages?

5) Are these batteries reusable?
Yes! Every battery comes with a usb charger.
6) What type of cartridges are compatible with your batteries?

All cartridges manufactured with a 510 threading will be compatible.

7) There’s no button on your BT280 battery. How do I activate it?
Our BT280 is a buttonless battery that is activated by inhaling air through the cartridge.
Top airflow cartridges do not work with draw activated batteries.
